Origin
Bacchus, whilst sailing on the Mera Sea, was overtaken by Khronish pirates. Instead of turning the sailors into dolphins (as he once did), Bacchus decided to go along with them, to see what would come to pass.

He was brought to Phyrras to be sold as a slave where he escaped, and was attracted to the intoxicating effect of the Arena. Now, he spends his time between dealing with his affairs in Greece and fighting for amusement in the Arena.
