Ambition isn't a trait usually associated with zombies. Glimor however wanted more than the mindless pursuit of living flesh. Somewhere in the depths of his rotting brain was a spark of initiative. He wanted fame. He wanted respect. He wanted to be a duelist. The Dueling Council scratched their collective heads and after some debate said, "Why not?" That he had to be muzzled to prevent biting went without saying. Sure he was slow--hence "The Shambler" moniker--but he could wield a fierce mace when he finally built up some momentum. He may not be the greatest duelist to ever grace the Arenas, but for a zombie he's done very well.
