The Shindaan Gatekeepers are never lacking in top quality equipment. The Shindaan Armory is in a constant state of self-improvement and is always striving to craft better armor for their troops. The Shindaan smiths do not hesitate to cannibalize existing armor, incorporate ideas from the most alien of armors brought to Phyrra, or dabble in dangerous magics to enchant their creations. The end result is phenomenally powerful armor continually being replaced by even better armor to be periodically distributed to the troops, with Gatekeepers getting the first and best of everything produced. Though the visual themes and profiles of their armor evolve over time and change with influence from foreign armor designs, the goal of making a Gatekeeper completely impossible to kill has always remained as the number one smithing priority.
