Katrin, a local cook, found that her cooking was needing a little more spice to keep customers coming in. When one day a man walked into her tavern and began complaining that the food was just bland and uninspired. She had overheard this statement and was outraged. She stormed out and gave this man a whooping that set him straight. Amused by the combat skill of this cook, one of the young ladies asked Katrin if she would try her luck in the arena. This lady was Bel, the local barmaid turned duelist. Together they were the rising female duelists. Ever since her dueling career began her cooking has more zing to it.
