Origin
Otra comes from the Norag Orc tribes of the West. As one of the few arcane wielders left in the tribes, it is an honor for him to represent the Norag in the Duelist Arena. He believes that even the strongest warrior can be brought down by a skilled mage. To prove this, he has spent most of his life learning and mastering the mysterious arts of mages. By learning these techniques, he has become readily adaptive to any situation presented.
