Regulus Dex was once the master of thieves. That is, until the sorcerer Bal-Chan caught him in the act and decided his punishment should be the removal of both his hands. In the years following their confrontation Dex wandered the wastes with only the hatred in his heart keeping him alive. Finally after 13 years he stumbled upon his salvation in the Demon Lord Abek-Cull, warlord of the nether realm. Cull restored Dex at the expense that Dex would become Culls emissary of death for all eternity.
